We want you to love your Siriri Yarii purchase. Because our products are made to order, we have a specific returns process designed to be fair, clear, and sustainable.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of odors, stains, or signs of use
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@siriri.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email hello@siriri.shop with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[your order number]
  2. Include your reason for return and photos if applicable
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
