Are your products made in Colombia?
Our designs are born in Colombia — inspired by its birds, rivers, forests, and culture. Each piece is printed on demand through our production partner and shipped directly to you in the US.

What materials are used?
We work with premium-quality blanks — soft, durable, and built to last. Each product page lists the specific materials and fabric composition.

Are the colors true to the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings and the nature of digital printing. Each piece is unique — just like Colombia.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?
Each product includes a detailed size guide. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or emailing us — we'll help you choose.

Do you offer exchanges for sizing issues?
Since each piece is made on demand, we don't accept returns for sizing. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. If there's a defect or error on our end, we'll make it right immediately.

Orders & Shipping

How long does production take?
2–5 business days. After that, shipping to the US takes 3–7 additional business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship primarily to the United States. Contact us at siriri.yarii@siriri.shop if you're outside the US — we'll explore options together.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards at checkout. All transactions are in USD and processed securely.
