At Siriri Yarii, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Final sale items and customized/personalized products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at siriri.yarii@siriri.shop or via WhatsApp at +1 (849) 912-2354 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at siriri.yarii@siriri.shop or via WhatsApp.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
